When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. On average, delivery takes 7 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated within 3–7 days after your order has been shipped.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel it. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What’s Your Return Policy?
If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
